Welcome to the Help & Support Centre for the Partner App. This guide is designed to assist you in getting started, resolving common issues, and maximising your earnings by helping customers invest.
Getting Started
1. Onboarding as a Partner
- Fill in your KYC and Bank details.
- Start onboarding customers.
2. Downloading and Logging In
- Download the app from the Play Store or App Store.
- Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.
Customer Management
1. How to Onboard a Customer
- Tap on “Add Investor” > Enter details > Invitation shared with Investor.
- The Investor will be linked to your account.
2. Track Customer Investments
- Go to “My Investors”.
- Tap on a customer to view their investment summary, SIPs, and transactions.
Commissions & Earnings
1. How the Commission Works
- You earn a % on every successful investment by your customer.
- You also earn from sub-partners (if any) as per your hierarchy.
2. Commission Payout
- Commission is calculated monthly.
- Payout is made directly to your registered bank account.
3. View Commission Statement
- Go to “Earnings” > “Commission Report”.
Performance & Reports
1. Track Sales Performance
- View total investments, SIPs initiated, and customers onboarded.
- Monthly and daily views are available.
2. Download Reports
- Go to the “Reports” section to export commission and customer data.
Sub-Partner Management
1. Add Sub-Partners
- Invite via link or manually add it from the “Sub Partner” section.
2. Monitor Team Performance
- Check your sub-partner’s customer activities and earnings.
Security & KYC
1. Why KYC is Required
- Mandatory to comply with SEBI guidelines for MF distribution.
2. Update Your KYC
- Go to Profile > Enter PAN and AADHAR Details
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I didn’t receive commission this month. What should I do?
Check if the customer investment was completed within the payout cycle and if your bank/KYC details are up-to-date.
Q. Can I change a customer’s partner tag?
No. Once mapped, a customer remains under the same partner unless re-mapped by the Admin.
Q. My customer’s KYC failed. What should I do?
Ask the customer to re-upload clear documents and resubmit.
